Thanks, Dave This started occurring after we upgraded from postgresql-server-8.4.20-1.el6 to postgresql-server-9.2.7-1.el7, and is probably a python-sqlobject bug. The problem is that some email clients (gmail in particular) parse that as part of the URL and make the links incorrect.
