Hi Ben,

You should probably cleanup the CC list as well as remove the needinfo
to restore the bug original state.

You can also (if you have perms) tag the spam comments.

"Red Hat Bugzilla has an Anti-Spam extension enabled that allows users to tag
comments as 'spam'. If enough comments are tagged this way an account will be
automatically suspended. There are limits on this system. You must be a member
of the community group for your tag to count, and members of the community group
are immune to having their account suspended this way.
If a member of the community is spamming you will need to report them as per 
the question above."

This system also supports tagging comments as 'abuse' or 'abusive',
there are the same constraints and exceptions as noted above."
