That was probably the key point. Bugzilla was reminding you that you 
had an unresolved needinfo in that bug.

Write down the successfull package build (wdune-1.777-3.fc32) into "Fixed In
Version" field. Then tick on "I am providing the requested information for this
bug" item under the large comment text area. Then change a "Status" field from
NEW to CLOSED value and use NEXTRELEASE as a value of the resolution next to
it. Finally, actuate the "Save Changes" button.

Change the status to CLOSED CURRENTRELEASE (and set the “Fixed In
Version” field preferrably) if it is fixed already and unset the
needinfo flag (also at the bottom).

but i updated to version 1.789

with something like

$ fedpkg import wdune-1.789-sourcrerpm
...
$ fedpkg ---release f32
$ fedpkg build

This showed no error.

What is wrong ?
