A big BTW 
I know Moez , he co-maintain some packages with me ...
But his activity seems zero since we have pagure as
src.fedoraproject.org ...
I think he pick these packages to maintain package alive (like I did
for other packages) but now that we want it retired, what we need to do
? if user is more or less unresponsive ? start an non-responsive
maintainer ? or could we be more direct and ask an admin to retire the
package ?

IIRC, Moez picked up maintenance from me long ago when I wanted to
retire it. As far as I'm concerned, it can go. Moez?

Is system-config-users maintained or not?

Hi,

it seems system-config-users is broken [1],
and appears to have no upstream [2].

Do we maintain it at this point at all? Should it be retired "for safety"?
