It's not that scary.  In Oct 2011, there were a number of applications
that Fedora developed that were being relicensed to GPLv2+.  They
needed to collect acks from the people that had contributed code and I
believe this list was setup to document those.

I've set the list to reject all posts. 

Will check with the owner if it's still needed or if we can just remove
it now. 

FYI, an infrastructure ticket might well be a better place to bring
this sort of thing up.

Note that my initial mail had the two list owner addresses in Cc.

Minus the publicity. I first wanted to find out what the list owner(s)
may have had to say about it. And doing that in public can inspire other
list owners to check their ancient/unused lists, too.
Or just check for missing list descriptions. ;-)
