Please don't top-post, Adrian. Top-posting makes it much more difficult to
understand what you refer to, especially since you've asked a question.

Exactly. After reading the following page, you should be able to find
the unowned directory in your package. At least try to find it.
And if you don't find it or if you think there is no unowned directory
in your spec file, mention that and it could be discussed further.

A sponsored packager should be capable of reviewing others' packages,
for example to offer trading reviews. With the help of the ReviewGuidelines
page -- and particularly, the first MUST item on that list -- you should
find more mistakes in your supercat.spec file. It is good habit to not just
wait for a reviewer to do all the work, but perform a self-review and
declare whether a spec file is supposed to meet the guidelines or whether
there is something questionable you would like to discuss with a reviewer.

When you submit a new package, it is wise to run through the
ReviewGuidelines and check that your package meets all the requirements
there (or if you can't figure out how to satisfy one of them, to ask on
IRC/mailing list or note that you couldn't figure out that one problem in
the review request).

That way a reviewer looking at your package can see what standard things
they'll have to work on with you and also can concentrate on finding things
wrong that aren't part of the codified package review.

No, at least they haven't filed any review bugs in Bugzilla:

Description: Supercat is a program that colorizes text based on matching
regular expressions/strings/characters. Supercat supports html output as
well as standard ASCII text. Unlike some text-colorizing programs that
exist, Supercat does not require you to have to be a programmer to make
colorization rules
