This is the fourth RC build for the 10.1.1 release. Changes:
* #10186: Fix permissions problem on /home/olpc
* #10175: Fix Record-81 generates audio/ogg file
Noticed that the Record-83 bundle from ASLO is __not__ identical to the
Record-83 bundle from http://dev.laptop.org/~dsd .
One uses 'util._sha_data()' and the other uses 'util.sha_data()'

Noticed that the Record-83 bundle from ASLO is __not__ identical to the
Record-83 bundle from http://dev.laptop.org/~dsd .

the Record-83 version from dev.laptop.org/~dsd .
The latest versions from both places
No worries. Discussed on IRC also was the spurious patch file left in
-83, due to the lack of MANIFEST support in Sugar.
