which /etc/init.d/olpc-configure used to configure the LEDs:

These aren't present in the 2.6.30-rc5 kernel I am running on my XO-1,
and presumably neither on the xo-1.5 kernel.

don't see anything else, when i do the firmware test, blank screen as
well, I've tryed changing the screen and the problem remains, i
suppose it's related to the system

The DCON is the Display Controller, and is the part on the motherboard
that the screen receives
now that i read what you sended.. i don't think i'll be able to fix
