What serial number? Please review http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/10314 to see if the evidence you have matches the other instances described there. know there's a chance it might prevent booting once power is up. My serial number is SHC 9370109E I confirm that this is the same problem than the one stated in the ticket. -- Ahmed Mansour ___ Devel mailing list Devel@lists.laptop.org http://lists.laptop.org/listinfo/devel

Hi, I have a XO 1.5 that no longer boot, and display doesn't turn on at all with no booting sound. the last time I used it, I shut it by pressing the shutdown button for around 5 sec I don't know if it is a safe way to do or if it is related to this problem. -- Ahmed Mansour http://olpc-maroc.blogspot.com http://twitter.com/OLPCMorocco ___ Devel mailing list Devel@lists.laptop.org http://lists.laptop.org/listinfo/devel

Mesh network between xo1 and 1.5?
Hi, I'm trying the mesh network between xo 1 (build=802/firmware Q2E41) xo 1.5 (build=116 / firmware Q3A) but with no success, and also can't ping each other without being connected first to access point. I really hope there is a solution as I'm interested in showing the mesh network demo to a laptop presentation next week. ___ Devel mailing list Devel@lists.laptop.org http://lists.laptop.org/listinfo/devel

Re: 3D acceleration
Actually it's a problem with the openchrome driver as it does not provide 3D acceleration or Xvideo support for the VIA VX855 chip.Although it is possible to implement it but, need knowledge of the driver programming. 2009/11/27 Bert Freudenberg b...@freudenbergs.de: On 26.11.2009, at 08:50, Zarro Boogs per Child wrote: #6147: A graphics accelerator 3D graphics acceleration is something we provide in Gen 1.5, and intend on providing in future generations as well. -- Ticket URL: http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/6147#comment:3 Yay!
