Yes - you are trying to "upgrade" the RPM, instead of "installing a
previously not installed package", so do
rpm -Uvh FooBar-1.2.3.rpm
Sorry, that's "rpm -U" not "rpm -u".

patch relative to NetworkManager 0.6.5 ... and the src.rpm is in
Martin's
