My initial remark was about what I perceived as an usability problem after experiencing the reading of PDF books (other problem are lack of user feedback, do tooltips die in sugar?)). On a related topic, I'd like to mention how beautifully a docbook formatted document looks (with a simple css) when read in browse. Given the prevalence of this format, I think it would be beneficial to special-case a mapping of the game keys to understand the links that are conventionally present
