Apparently there are many people complaining about the Mercurial
inability to deal with empty directories (and with moving
directories). I didn't really understood exactly the deep woodoo of
this problem, but from the emails exchanges it doesn't look like there
will be a fix for this any ti

We inserted this file because (a) it does no harm, and (b) Hg will not clone
the confdb directory because it is otherwise empty - it only gets "filled"
during the build process.
Please restore the file, otherwise anyone using Hg will not be able to build
their repository without finding th
