Hi folks
As I mentioned on today's telecon, I am pushing the v1.8.2 release back one
week. We have a few CMRs that recently appeared, only one of which I consider
necessary for 1.8.2, so that's not the primary reason. The main reason is that
I want time to address this OOB wireup issue that has
r32551 now detects this limitation and automatically disable oshmem profile. I
am now revamping the patch for v1.8
