It appears that we have resolved the outstanding issues with 3.1.0. I’ve posted 3.1.0rc6 at https://www.open-mpi.org/software/ompi/v3.1/. Please give it a go and let me know what you find. Barring anyone posting a blocking issue, I intend to post 3.1.0 (final) tomorrow morning Pacific Time.
