So, a re-INVITE is part of the dialog and you can access all the data
you originally stored in the dialog - BUT only AFTER doing loose_route()
for that re-INVITE - check if you are doing it in the right order.

so the dialog flag I set is found. Still can't seem to use get_dialog_info to
