Currently, yes. The implications of unloading/re-loading dynamically
loaded libraries, combined with the global statement settings which are
inherited in all processes in all sort of static holders throughout
~100+ modules which would require a complete refactor would have more
than tripled
Do I understand correctly that if anything else than the routes changes in the
configuration (script parameters, module parameters, loading new modules,
enabling new transports, ...) I still need to restart opensips?
