If its already in the package that's great. yubikey-neo-manager requires it, and for some reason the yubikey-neo-manager ebuild and package is gone... the stupid neo manager is required to enable U2F on certain keys. they should have just rolled it into a single manager but no. On Wed, Sep 6,

app-crypt/libu2f-host provides /lib/udev/rules.d/70-u2f.rules. Is that what you need?
