We have a failure in CQ on 002_bootstrap.
It seems from the setup logs that both hosts failed to be deployed. I
also see in the lago logs that the issue with the sdk.

'base' is the CentOS base repo that is preconfigured by the disro installer.
This is because we never finished good old:

This kind of failure is to be expected once or twice on a weekly basis.
