If you happen to do this in the next couple hours, there is a bug in the PatternFly RPM that I will fix shortly. To work around: cd /usr/share/patternfly1/resources/css/ sudo rm styles.min.css ln -s patternfly.min.css styles.min.css and refresh the page. Great questions. PatternFly team has committed to keeping this repo stable and up-to-date long-term. It will be their official yum repo (until they get the project packaged in Fedora, but that will be super difficult). And from what I understand about copr, the repo link shouldn't break ever.
