Dear RIOTers, plans are shaping up towards a new RIOT release this month, driven by the upcoming availability of the refactored network stack some of us have been working on lately (code-named the "gnrc" stack, where "gnrc" stands for "generic", shortened by eliding vowels)
The envisioned schedule is to feature-freeze in around June 15th, and to release at the end of this month. We have set up an etherpad with some pre-release notes https://etherpad.mozilla.org/HVF4LZoSSZ Please look at it, and edit it with what you plan to see merged fitting this time frame.
