Correction: It seems that three files got lost. I had to create the
following three:
rtemsbsd/include/rtems/bsd/local/opt_syscons.h
rtemsbsd/include/rtems/bsd/local/opt_teken.h
rtemsbsd/include/rtems/bsd/local/opt_splash.h
