Fedora 32 (KDE Spin). Trying to upgrade to Fedora 33:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh
sudo dnf install dnf-plugin-system-upgrade
sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=33
sudo dnf system-upgrade reboot
After rebooting, an error occured and then rebooted again into Fedora 32.
