I did try that, but no go.  I think the | operator is overloaded somewhere.

I guess that Q_DECLARE_FLAGS macro for QItemSelectionModel overrides
this operator.

Possible workaround for it would be:

ClearAndSelect = static_castint(Clear) | static_castint(Select)
