This comes from the same problem as Fabio reported, so fixed in git, soon in

  A small suggestion could be for the person making a request to add
a small comment about the reason of it being asked.

  I have 2 pending commit acl requests (to 0ad) that I did not deny
because I thought it could be unpolite, but was not contacted in irc
or email (or possibly missed the request).

Today we are at: 

   # Number of requests pending: 5410

So there is some improvements :)

From the version 1.16, the page listing all the pending ACLs now provides
'Approve all' and 'Deny all' buttons.

So feel free to visit: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acl/pending/ and
take action.

Wonderful! I wasn't even aware that people were waiting for my
