Christian Tismer has been on the python dev list looking for help to fix a ref
count leak in PySide with python3.8.

Not sure if that is resolved yet.

I just finished update to Qt 5.13.2. I'm not sure about Qt 5.14 at this moment.
First of all it was
released yesterday so there might be potential regressions and second is that
this Qt version
will not be officially supported by Plasma 5.18, which means there might be
incompatible
changes, most likely Wayland related etc. I'm not saying it won't work, but
upstream will test
Plasma 5.18 against Qt 5.12 LTS and Qt 5.13 and it's guaranteed to work as
expected.

Also, reading notes about Qt for Python, it won't be released at least until
next Monday.
