Taking this one as I actually use it: https://pagure.io/releng/issue/9021
Co-maintainers are welcome. I think it could be the default for mock to
speed-up some builds.

Turns out that a) I got some spare time and b) the FTBFS was rather easy to fix.
Before I adopt another stray that I know almost nothing about, does
anyone have a good reason why I should let it get retired?

The build failure was due to a dependency on unicode-ucd v11, which is
now in version 12.
I removed the explicit version and fired a scratch build
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=38992302
which failed for a different reason this time, I think this might be
the problem:

In file included from gucharmap-unicode-info.c:33:
unicode-versions.h:863:21: error: 'GUCHARMAP_UNICODE_VERSION_12_1'
undeclared here (not in a function); did you mean
'GUCHARMAP_UNICODE_VERSION_12_0'?

  | ^~
  | GUCHARMAP_UNICODE_VERSION_12_0
make[3]: *** [Makefile:985:
libgucharmap_2_90_la-gucharmap-unicode-info.lo] Error 1

I do not have the time to deal with this right now, but if no one
takes gucharmap in the meantime, I'll try to find some time maybe in a
week.

The only thing that really needs it is some gedit plugins. AbiWord is
mentioned in GNOME JHBuild modulesets, but the support there has been
removed nine years ago, so go figure. No mention whatsoever in any
BuildStream element upstream, either, which is used for the official
releases.

Yes, I'll take it, I am sure I was watching that project before but

Done.

By doing so, we notify the dependent package owners that something is wrong

Orphaned packages can be unorphaned without any damage.
When the packages stay orphaned for 6+ weeks, they will be retired.
Retired packages can be unretired. If they are retired for 8+ weeks, new

If you do set the bugzilla to ASSIGNED, the current maintainer will remain the
maintainer ("main admin"). If you are not a co-maintainer or a provenpackager,
you might be hit by the maintainer not being very responsive when you attempt to
submit your fix.

If you keep the bug in NEW, it will be orphaned tomorrow and you can open a
releng ticket to claim it. You will then take the bugzilla and change it to
ASSIGNED. You end up being the maintainer.

I think the second approach is better here, if you would like to take that
responsibility.

I'd be happy to, except I am not a maintainer there. ;)

I guess I am on zathura itself, but I cannot recall why
(I don't use it).

Hopefully Petr or mosaab will see this and add you.

time I'd like to take up the issue.

KF5 is not a FTBFS. Please check your scripts next time.

The packages have NEW Fedora 31 FTBFS bugzillas.
If you know for sure they build fine, close them please.

The script is based on a policy. If you don't like the policy, please don't
blame the script.

Anyway, I've closed NEW bugs with successful builds after the mass rebuild.

KF5 is not a FTBFS. Please check your scripts next time.

The packages have NEW Fedora 31 FTBFS bugzillas.
If you know for sure they build fine, close them please.

The script is based on a policy. If you don't like the policy, please don't
blame the script.

Just pulling a few random bugs:

- kf5-kactivities: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1735931
  needs to be closed:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=18750

- kf5-kactivities-stats: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1735932
  needs to be closed:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=22330

- kf5-kio: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1735947
  needs to be closed:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=18722

Not going to check the rest of the components, but I think Miro's
scripts work fine. It is the bugs that are out of date... ...and
if they're out of date, not much Miro's scripts can do.

Would you mind closing some of the bugs as fixed, please? :)

These are zathura plug-ins, and will break the `zathura-plugins-all`
package that requires them:

https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/zathura/blob/master/f/zathura.spec#_68

Petr, Kevin, Mosaab: if you can please add me as a co-maintainer on
zathura* packages, I will help maintain them. I (and other Vim users)
use zathura everyday.

I've assigned the bugs to myself, will work on fixes and submit PRs ASAP.
