I shall note that the warning message is mathematically incorrect, it should 
say "3.1% wasted". "-3.1% wasted" would mean "3.1% saved".

sure, this is not intended :)


I'm pretty sure that it doesn't use the deltarpms in that case.  Did you 
run the transaction and see any drpms get downloaded?



Here are the update packages in question, maybe someone finds this helpful:


Not likely to be useful.  It's an automated process and in some rare 
cases the deltarpms aren't helpful.
