Yes, Lennart is a dick. Everyone who has to work with sytemd has seen this. But please, Don't give him excuses to pretend justification for ignoring your complaints by coming off growsy in the mailing list. The issue you point out is a corner case from our perspective. I can see it is an important corner case for you, but priorities differ. In general: I am not sure how to say this in the friendliest words: but you behaviour on systemd-devel is often off-putting, and you know that you have been on moderation a couple of times because of that. Because it is off-putting the people involved with the systemd project are often not overly enthusiastic to deal with your requests with the highest priority, even though there are some valid points you make.
