It takes currently a really really long time to regen (because it
queries pdc for every package, etc), but we will probibly regen the
entire thing as part of branching tasks.

Works. Thanks. BTW, this is the second time it has affected me, and I
thought I saw one or two other cases on this list of it affecting others.
How problematic would it be to regenerate for all repos? Or perhaps disable
the receive hook entirely, since the per-branch (co-)maintainers is no
longer a thing in Fedora?

From the Gitolite config I can see that you only have permission to push
to epel7 branch and to push tags.
Can you file an infrastructure ticket at [1] so that we can fix it?
