Hello,
as you know TI launched „their" 802.11s network (wilink 8 mesh), which is build 
upon open802.11s implementation and wpa_supplicant (from what I understand).
They’ve stated in the data sheet (http://www.ti.com/lit/an/swaa166/swaa166.pdf) 
that the total number of nodes in whole mesh network cannot exceed 32 nodes.

Is there some hidden problem with 802.11s which prevents building bigger 
networks (aka theory vs real-life), or is it just their way for delivering 
smooth experience without risking management problems.
I understand there’s a problem with maximum peer-links per STA caused by h/w 
memory limitation (and each wlan chip has its own limitation), but can it 
actually affect HWMP routing mechanism anyhow?

Can be (open)802.11s network scaled up if STAs have wireless signal range 
properly assigned and the density of their placement doesn’t cause 
interferences high enough to get peer-links down?
Is there any reason why such network couldn’t be scaled up?
