I think all besides GCC is there. Personally I wouldn't wait any
further: there are no estimates, no advanced progress yet so in the end
the waiting would be in(de)finite.

Yeah, changing the website part is actually easy [1], and it's just about
to commit changes in sabayon-website-next repo, and then merge into
production repo [2]

The question is, is 17.10 good to go to be tagged as "stable"? we skipped
tagging 17.03 because IIRC "was not good enough"  (ISOS are in stable/ on
mirrors) [3]
