For some time now, we've been upgrading a pretty medium-sized MMBase
application every now and then. With every new release we've been adding
builders, new allowed relations, etc. the way we think works, by just
copying files doing hard manual labour in the MMBase Admin area :)

create a sort of foreign key relation and I'm not so sure how to do it. What I
have is a builder "Relation" and a builder "City". When creating a "Relation", I
