Preliminary support for Qt on Apple watchOS has been merged to dev branch
(targeting Qt 5.9): https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/159725/
Due to platform limitations, there is no support for graphical content like
QtWidgets, QML, etc., but can be useful for sharing cross platform back

Highlights of this release are:
* NPAPI and Qt plugins are finally supported on X11 and Windows (not on macOS
yet, sorry)
* Bulk of the patches which have never been in the trunk of webkit.org was
merged from Qt repositor
