Jøger joined The Qt Company 10 months ago and has since then been getting his hands dirty in Qt Multimedia, and lately focusing on color management. Jøger is a thorough and responsible engineer and I trust that he will make a good approver for the Qt project. Re: [Development] who can fix this bug?
Forgot one thing. If I didn't remember wrong, Nvidia only releases 340.108 driver for 5.15 and earlier kernel, and there are some community work to modify it to work with later versions of kernel. I assume we can't support those cases under this situation. --Liang From: Development on behalf of Alexander Procenko Sent: Wednesday, March 1, 2023 8:36 PM To: development@qt-project.org Subject: [Development] who can fix this bug? https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1031489 -- Development mailing list Development@qt-project.org https://lists.qt-project.org/listinfo/development
Re: [Development] who can fix this bug?
Please report it in jira, https://bugreports.qt.io/ , if you think it's a real Qt bug. Please provide a complete, minimal example with enough information about how to reproduce your issue according to https://wiki.qt.io/ReportingBugsInQt . I have a machine with GT218 [GeForce 210] with 340.108 driver on Ubuntu 18.04 in office. I could have a check with 5.15 build next week. Axel has been working in The Qt Company since January, writing tests, analysing and fixing bugs, participating in the port of Qt Speech to Qt 6, investigating and stabilising flaky tests across all platforms, and most recently implementing platform theme support for GTK3-based Linux desktop environments. I trust him to be a good approver.
