So the decision how to proceed is done. Let's give everyone a while to finalize

So from 12.2.2018 ->
- '5.9' will be in cherry-pick mode
- '5.10' will be closed
We will make sure final merges from '5.9' -> '5.10' -> '5.11'

and then was down with a flu last week.
Unfortunately, none of the options on the table will be 100% satisfying to
