[Dhis2-devs] Tracker capture form

Hi all, Is there a reason why a program (MEWR) will not open with the Tracker capture form but only with Individual records? I have tried a few Tracker instances we have set up and the Tracker capture app is not working for all of them. Regards, Elmarie Claasen Hisp logo Project
