Dear All Has anyone tell me how should i design tracker form(individual records/tracker capture) to capture data daily that can answer this questions below?
Every month,quarterly, and six months, manager need data elements report from DHIS2 to answer on: 1.How many people(individual case) get ART in this month? 3.How many people(individual case) get ART regular every months(From January to June)? *NOTE:* usually, individual can get ART only once per month.
