This is regarding a custom data entry form for a patient tracker in a
single event with registration. We want to have radio buttons for certain
option sets which have more than 7 options. is it possble to do this,
without globally having radio buttons for all option sets.

We thought more than 7 will kind of clutter the form, but if users want to
have it then we leave the decision for them.

yes, In Sri Lanka, some programmes they prefer to have radio buttons only.
we are facing this issue in one instance we are planing to deploy DHIS2.
