Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] Dataset Custom Forms (CSS & JS)

2018-02-06 Thread Jason Pickering
Did you have a look at our developer documentation on the use of custom
CSS/JS?

https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/webapi_ui_customization.html

This should also work for inline JS in the form.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] FW: Access Tracker capture program stage data through API

2018-02-06 Thread Knut Staring
Hi Abyot,

I am probably just stupid, but why is it complaining about a different
program (ur1Edk5Oe2n) than the one requested in the URL (eBAyeGv0exc) ?

And even after sharing both programs with the administrator group which
admin is a member of, I still get the same?

That is because if the new sharing setting. You need to go and configure
data read and write sharing settings...

The same url should work in 2.28 and lower versions.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] FW: Access Tracker capture program stage data through API

2018-02-06 Thread Knut Staring
I see. I am actually seeing a restriction when trying the example at the
bottom of the page in the manual:

https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/webapi_events.html#webapi_querying_reading_events

https://play.dhis2.org/dev/api/26/events.json?orgUnit=DiszpKrYNg8=eBAyeGv0exc=gfVxE3ALA9m=2014-01-01=2014-12-31

{"httpStatus":"Conflict","httpStatusCode":409,"status":"ERROR","message":"[User
has no read access to program: ur1Edk5Oe2n]"}

This is of course not the response you are getting.

Yes, and I am trying to get all data for all tracked entity instances, not for

I see. I am actually seeing a restriction when trying the example at the bottom
of the page in the manual:

https://docs.dhis2.org/master/en/developer/html/webapi_events.html#webapi_querying_reading_events

https://play.dhis2.org/dev/api/26/events.json?orgUnit=DiszpKrYNg8=eBAyeGv0exc=gfVxE3ALA9m=2014-01-01=2014-12-31

{"httpStatus":"Conflict","httpStatusCode":409,"status":"ERROR","message":"[User
has no read access to program: ur1Edk5Oe2n]"}

This is of course not the response you are getting.

Just a thought - is the user you are using for the API member of the user group
for which this data has been shared?

Can anyone tell me why I can’t use program rule expressions in Program
indicator expressions?

Functions like ceil, floor, round and others are very useful.

Also I tried to use the “Decimals in data output” in the program indicator
details, it didn’t work.

Also I tried to simulate the round function using conditional modulo
subtraction/addition (the pivot table keeps trying to load) :

C{eB6eQXKY8HA}*C{xGZ2I9aTeXX} -(C{eB6eQXKY8HA}*C{xGZ2I9aTeXX}*100) % 100 +
d2:condition('(C{eB6eQXKY8HA}*C{xGZ2I9aTeXX}*100) % 100 >=50',1,0)

Thank you in advance.

Please advise.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] Program indicators export to another system

2018-02-06 Thread Aaron C White
Elmarie,

The devs might correct me, but I don't think that the code import scheme
would account for different data element ids since the import tool would be
trying to match a code for the programIndicator itself and not the
configured expression or filter.

I ran into this problem last year and did not have the ability to control
the source server, but I had API access to read metadata configuration. If
you are familiar with a scripting language, you could create a set of
key/value pairs where the key is the existing ID from your source system
and the new ID in the destination system. Get the programIndicators in
JSON/XML format via the API. Then for each unique pair, recursively search
through the metadata for the key (source UID) and replace with the value
(destination UID) wherever found using a regex-like function. It can be
slow if you're dealing with a large configuration but ensures that you
don't miss an association somewhere that you forgot to explicitly code.

For just programIndicators, you would want to at least check the expression
and the filter attributes for the IDs in question. Since it sounds like
you have the same configuration but different ID values, you also would
want to confirm that the programStage IDs are also correctly mapped. In
the programIndicator construction you would see this as #{programStageId.
dataElementId}.

When I did this, I stored the source server UIDs in the code attribute of
my destination server since we were not using that field as a way to
persist the "map" between the two systems. As Calle said, this whole
process is certainly an "expert" level approach and can degrade over time
if your source server changes metadata configuration. The proposed
SOURCE/DESTINATION mapping using the existing import tool would be great,
but still would require maintenance if the configuration changes (if you're
trying to maintain a matching configuration).

Otherwise, you would need to replace the references via the UI, but that
probably wouldn't be a great plan if you have to update more than one or
two.

Aaron

Hi Gerald,

I have run analytics,i have also gone to data admin and also cleared catch
but no results.

Only when i add a category combination to the data set, that is when i am
able to see data when i run pivot or data visualizer.

I cant understand

Re: [Dhis2-devs] [Dhis2-users] DATA ELEMENTS NOT SHOWING DATA IN PIVOT TABLES

2018-02-06 Thread gerald thomas
Stanley,
It simply means your data is based on those category combinations that is
why you are seeing them. Please share a print screen of that data set whose
data elements you pivoting for now.

[Dhis2-devs] DATA ELEMENTS NOT SHOWING DATA IN PIVOT TABLES

2018-02-06 Thread Stanley Kalyati
Hi All,

I posted something similar sometime two weeks ago.

I have data elements whose value type is number and aggregation type is
Sum.I created a data set and assigned it to the Organisation unit.

I captured data and run analytics. When i run the pivot tables,no data
values.

However, when i add a Category Combination which is an attribute to the data
set, enter data and run pivot tables, data is there.

I am confused.

Anyone with an idea?

Thank you

Re: [Dhis2-devs] modifying the UID of default

2018-02-06 Thread Jason Pickering
In later versions of DHIS2, the default dimension is "hard-coded". You can
see the details here

https://github.com/dhis2/dhis2-core/blob/6eb907f483fcac906013d6e7011f13cfb565392b/dhis-2/dhis-services/dhis-service-core/src/main/java/org/hisp/dhis/dataelement/DefaultDataElementCategoryService.java#L493

So, it might make sense to use those.

You can also use the new feature which allows you to specify a coding
scheme during import. Its not quite the same functionality as in DHIS1.4,
where you could map the data elements during import, but if you can specify
a code on your "destination" system which is present in your "source"
system, you can also use that to import data with a specified coding
scheme.

Regards,
Jason

Thanks Calle and Ramon,

This is also now part of the process we are doing as a collaboration
between WHO and UiO. So far, we have mainly worked on HIV, TB, malaria and
Immunization, but the plan is to bring in all the health programs.

Re: [Dhis2-devs] modifying the UID of default

2018-02-06 Thread Calle Hedberg
Hi,

South Africa is using a National Data Dictionary (DHIS2-based) to "control"
most meta-data, which means we have standardised uids and codes for
- orgunits
- data elements
- indicators
- validation rules
- categories/options/combos
etc.

Makes life a lot easier when you have many separate DHIS2 instances.

This is now increasingly also coming up as an international / global
challenge - since DHIS2 does not have any kind of import matching mechanism
where the incoming uid/code/name can be matched to internal uid/code/name
(if different), you end up with a lot of uid fiddling. The need to be able
to export program indicator data as aggregate values to other systems
exacerbate this challenge.

Regards
Calle

[Dhis2-devs] modifying the UID of default

2018-02-06 Thread Ramón José Jiménez Pomareta
Hello,

We are thinking about harmonize all *defaults *of our 5 DHIS2 platforms
(Particularly, to set to each *default *element the same ID throughout all
the databases (4 different IDs in total, no only 1 of course), and to
change the UIDs references in all the DB). Do you think that can be useful
to avoid import/export issues we currently have? Or the new update on 28
about this topic solves this kind of issues?

I am thinking about the *defaults *of:
categoryOptions
categoryOptionsCombos
categoryCombos
categories

Thank you so much !
