as you say this was implemented in version 2.26. It was a extensive feature
which won't be back-ported.

Hi Devs
Is there a way to export / import datasets completeness values from DHIS2
version 2.24 ?
I saw an issue resolved in jira/DHIS2-62
 but just 2.26. That will gratefull
to have it in early version. Any workaround for that.
