I just tested on EC and TC on the demo and dev servers, and it seems
that decimal data element values are working.
Decimal numbers in Tracked entity attribute values on the other hand, is
not working.
To reproduce, on the dev server:
- Register a new TEI in the MNCH/PNC program with decimals for
Moved to Markus, as Abyot is away, and I think someone in Kvam fixed the
one for data values.

When clicking a field after "Edit in grid" is selected, the context menu
reappears instead of entering the field.

On date fields there doesn’t seem to be any form of validation. The field
accepts keyboard input, but only numbers or dashes. But when entered manually
there’s no validation if say 43729-4784-475-- is a valid date. When the values
