Is it possible to have a mix of drop down menus and radio buttons inside a
data entry form.
What I have observed is they are automatically displayed as drop down menus
when number of options in option set increases.

We thought more than 7 will kind of clutter the form, but if users want to
have it then we leave the decision for them.

yes, In Sri Lanka, some programmes they prefer to have radio buttons only.
we are facing this issue in one instance we are planing to deploy DHIS2.
