I am trying to set up nginx as a reverse proxy on a dedicated web server
with three instances of Tomcat/DHIS2 (connecting to a dedicated Db Server,
successfully configured and checked).
I have been unable to make nginx behave as required, after numerous

since there were conflicting views on this issue, and since both modes
makes sense depending on how you define your user roles, it seems a system
setting will be the best option. In trunk a system access setting called
allow users to grant own user roles has been added now.

For data that is reported/collected on a weekly basis, we have a
requirement to use Epidemiology weeks. I wanted to know how the weeks are
calculated in DHIS2. Please point me to any documentation around the logic
for calculating the weeks.

Hi Shantala,
The weeks are calculated according to the ISO 8601 time and date standard.
This generally means weeks start on Monday and end on Sunday.
