Is it possible in dhis2 to merge two databases with import/export feature? If
so, will the orgunits maintain their structure on the second database or I have
to recreate them on the primary one?

The simplest way to get to know what is required for a import is to go to
/api/schemas, in your case you should have a look at
/api/schemas/organisationUnit.
We do not support any kind of patching when it comes to multiple imports,
so you have to include the full object. If you are only
