We are upgrading DHIS2 server database (PostgreSQL from 9.3.15 to
9.5.5) and it had been successfully done but the Postgres does not
automatically start after boot-up. I am using: (pg_ctlcluster 9.5 main

This is as far as I can tell, also an issue on the current version running, on

In your database, there is a table called "reporttable", this has a column
named "relativeperiodsid", use this identifier to update the table
"relativeperiods" (there you can set true/false etc as you like)
