Hi Roger, Your problem was caused by the following orgunit, which had a blank name. This caused a database SQL constraint to be violated. I hope we can add information to the log messages to provide more useful feedback when imports go wrong, and have added a bug to that effect here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dhis2/+bug/675527
