With Postgres, you could just do a full dump of the database, using pg_dump:

But since you have done it this way, you need to run Analytics before the
data will show up in the Pivots. Go to Services - Reports - Analytics and
Data Mart.

Since you seem to be working offline, you can just move the whole database.
Are you using the built-in H2?
