Re: [Dhis2-users] [Dhis2-devs] About Version DHIS2 on organisation unit group, organisation unit and dataset

Hi Carlos,

yes correct we removed this option in 2.17. Its a fairly easy upgrade if
you use SQL to insert into the datasetsource table. The reason behind the
change is that we wanted to have a single source for data set - org unit
assignments.

With the vision inferior at 2.17 DHIS2, we can assign a Dataset from the

ability to assign a dataset to the OU group rather only to the OU. Now with
the ability to import, we still need to assign datasets units manually.
 What work!

Hi Nami

I think you can try it in this way,

* If a patient has more than one services at one visit you need to create
More data element as Services 1, Services 2, Services 3.like
* If a patient has more than one Diagnosis at one visit you need to
create More data element as Diagnosis1, Diagnosis 2, Diagnosis 3 .like
*   eg:-

·Diagnosis1-

§ Services 1

§ Services 2

§ Services 3

§

§ Medication 1

§ Medication 2

§ Medication 3

§ ..

·Diagnosis 2

§ Services 4

§ Services 5

§ Services 6

§ ..

§ Medication 4

§ Medication 5

§ Medication 6

* So in a one stage you can provide 2 or more Services and Diagnosis in a
one stage
* If your one patient has countable number of Diagnosis this can be
applied.

diagnosis is (D1) , Service is (S1) , Medicine is (M1)

if I want to offer another service to Diagnosis (D1) like Service (S2) and for

only described the D1 only once

Hello Nami,

Currently, the easiest solution is to put all your data elements (from all
types medical services, diagnosis and disease) into one repeatable program
stage. This is going to be one big form. The monitoring that you asked needs to
be done manually when data elements are being filled - during daily patient
visit, you fill only those data elements from the corresponding diagnosis,
medical services and medicines. The rest, you just skip them.

We are planning to introduce a skip logic feature. When this is implemented, it
will allow you to implement some kind of mapping where you will able to define
which data elements to fill or skip depending on the value of a data element
(or diagnosis type).

Thank you,

You could perhaps try to use dataelement attributes where the value of the
attributes are the UIDs of the mother data elements. That would create a link
in the database, but you would probably have to write bespoke queries

When I tried to enter the dates, by writing them myself, it accepts. It is
the mouse-driven selection and entry that has this behavior.

We are using 2.13 and tested it both on latest Chrome and Firefox.

Any thoughts?

Re: [Dhis2-users] Make aggregate query builder with algebra functions

Good idea, but can you guide how to get total of patient who registered program
in aggregate query builder.

Hi Channara

I think you can make two aggregate data elements, one for total and one for
those who died, and link them using the builder then make an indicator out of
the aggregate DEs you have created.

Hi All DHIS2,

Do you know how can i do aggregate query builder with algebra functions?

Example: i would to know total number of patient in registration program and
minus the patient who dead.

SO i want to use aggregate query builder to aggregate and put the number into
Data element that i created already is the number patient who are still alive
in this period

Can any one help me, how the DHIS2 can do like this?

 Dear all,

When I try to approve any dataset for any org unit level, but the message
 Approval
not relevant always show. I added level of org unit in the Approval
setting in Setting module, but this doesn't change. But in version 2.15 it
 works fine.
Please tell me whether I miss some setting in the new version 2.17.

 Thank you very much.

 Thuy
