[Dhis2-users] Tracker capture app not loading on dhis2.23

Dear all,

I am upgrading my local instance on ubuntu 14.04LTS from dhis2.22 to 2.23.
The server seems to start correctly , i can use other apps  but when i
 tried to access tracker capture app it stops and doesn't show anything up.

Checking from Developer tools  here is what it displays this error message
from console:

angular.js:35 Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr]
http://errors.angularjs.org/1.3.15/$injector/modulerr?p0=trackerCapture=

could you advise on what went wrong and how i can go about it?

Ours is web based and data managers need to use computers, we would like
know how we can exploit the similar functionality from normal instance
relying on internet.

 Reporting date in every stage of tracker is not visible while creating

[Dhis2-users] Help configuring Postgres 9.5 and Java Opts for DHIS-2 2.23

Hi all,

I have an Intel Core i7 Windows 10 64bit computer with 16 Gig of RAM and
can't seem to configure it to run analytics correctly.

I ran analytics just fine on the same computer with the same DHIS-2
instance using 2.21 and postgres 9.4 - it took just over 1 hour to run.

Now it seems to hang after about 2 hours... no error message.

I've tried the settings recommended in the 2.23 implementation guide but
then I can't even get the instance to run.  I have cut back on the
Java_opts and added the UseCodeCasheFlushing..

-Xmx7000m -Xms3000m -XX:+UseCodeCacheFlushing

My main postgres.conf file settings - somewhat modified from the
recommendations, are below:
