Thanks Abyot.

I solved the issue this morning. But find a new one. When we try to delete
a tracked entity jut registered, there is an error message.

The event could not be deleted because it contains an audit log.
ERROR: null value in column "programinstanceid" violates not-null
constraint Detail: Failing row contains (185366337, null, 18, 2017-08-27
00:00:00, 2017-08-03 00:00:00, 60020752, ACTIVE, null, kfHSQMY4tx9,
2017-08-03 09:46:51.034, 2017-08-03 09:46:51.497, null, null, 1, null,
null, f).

Also a server log is also generated. Any idea how to fix?

Dear Timothy,

My suggestions:

1. If you haven't already, I suggest you upgrade to the latest build of
2.26 from https://www.dhis2.org/downloads. I have tried to reproduce your
problem on the latest build of 2.26, and was unable to do so. I also tried
to reproduce the problem on a build of 2.26 that I was running from May
2017, but also was unable to do so. Perhaps you are running on a different
build from either of these.

2. If you are still getting this error in the latest build of 2.26, please
look at the server logs and let us know what you find. Your latest
screenshot shows an "internal server error", so hopefully the server has
logged more details in the error log.

Thanks a lot Jim and Jason,

I have actually realised that the error message was due to a data
intergrity violation I had. There was one category combination that was
missing some options so it would not allow the list of data elements to be
generated. Its working fine now. No problem with DHIS2.

[Dhis2-users] Data Entry disaggregation summation not working.

Dear all,I am using DHIS2 vs 2.27, I had to import metadata from my local 
system where everything is working fine to the server  ,On data entry, the 
totals still shows zero(0) when data is being entered into the dis-aggregation 
data elements. Section Form work well but custom and default forms does not 
work.
Any Solutions Please

[Dhis2-users] Analytics: Selection of User org unit respond to "Data capture org unit"unsteady of "Data output and analytic" OrgUnits

Dear DHIS2 team, 
Favorite report which is assigned to "User Org Unit" is responding to assigned 
"Data capture Organisation Unit". It is my understanding that the primary goal 
of "User Org Unit" is for analysis purpose, if this is the case then it is my 
perception that would make a lot of sense if report results could respond to 
assigned "Data output and analytic" OrgUnits.
Based on current setup, there is some limitation in sharing information 
assigned based on "User Org Unit". Shared Dashboard can be vivid and practical 
example. If I share Dashboard to a User X whose "Data capture Organisation 
Unit" is health facility, and "Data output and analytic" OrgUnits is District, 
the user X will not be able to see how other peer health facilities are 
performing unless you assign his/her "Data capture Organisation Unit" at 
District level. 
I think this feature is very important especially for perfomance Dashboard.

Dear all,

Are there any rules with naming of data elements? is there a minimum number
of characters acceptable? Are there any characters not accepted? I know the
short names accept only a minimum of 50  characters but are there
restrictions for the name attribute of a data element. I am just trying to
figure out if that is the reason why my data elements cannot load under
validation rules and even when I try to create data element groups. Could I
have used very long names? or wrong characters? Any rules with creating
data element names I need to be aware of? Please help.

[Dhis2-users] Data not showing on pivot table and data set report

Hi All,

I have configured a new DHIS2 instance and every thing happens well. We
have start to do some data entry to test the system and every thing is
working fine. But when we go in the pivot table module and data set report,
we are not able to see any data values. I have performed maintenance and
cleared the cache but nothing happen.

Any suggestion will be helpfull, thank you!

Maybe the user does not have any organization unit associated (for data
entry)
Also, clear your browser cache.
